Are you turning down recently your partner’s teasing moves or losing your interest to go on a date night? This can affect your relationship. A sudden drop-off in sex can lead to anger and resentment.

While lack of interest in it may happen to anyone, but you should know that this could be an indication that something may be up. It is essential that you recognize these signs so you can discuss it with your partner.

So, here are the signs you need to watch out:

  1. You moan exaggeratedly.

Compared to women in X-rated films and porn, women do not moan too much in real life. So, if you are forcing your ahhs and ohhs, then most likely you are just faking this act. Moans should naturally slip out from your mouth.

  1. You treat sex as a tiring household chore.

Scheduling sex is important in a relationship, especially if you both have hectic work schedules.    But that does not necessarily mean you’ll treat as one of your chores. According to Dr. Steve McGough, the director of R&D, doing so will let your partner feel less than fulfilled.

Maybe it is about time to go for a heart-to-heart talk with your partner so you can find a good solution for this.

  1. More often than not, you feel so disappointed.

It won’t be easy to enjoy the intercourse once your sexual needs aren’t met.  It has been known that disappointment is one of the major reasons why women don’t want to have sex or show lack of interest in sex.

How to fix this? Simply speak up and let him/her know that you need to do things to spice up your sexy moments.

  1. You are avoiding your partner’s usual sex triggers.

Dr. Racine Henry, Ph.D., LMFT, a well-known licensed marriage and family therapist explained that each couple has their dance which typically happens once one of them is initiating sex. Be it a simple touch or kiss on a specific spot, you will know that he/she likes to do ‘it’.

But if you don’t enjoy sex anymore, this signs could have an opposite impact.

  1. You don’t mind going to bed before your partner.

Nighttime is the perfect time to make babies. However, if you suddenly sink off to bed without waiting for your partner, something is off.  Kimberly Hershenson, a certified sex therapist, revealed that not making an effort to go to bed together with your partner is a clear indication.

Get yourselves out of the rut. Try to ask your husband or wife to try something new inside the bedroom.

  1. You’re cheating.

Undoubtedly, cheating is a complicated matter with myriads of causes. This includes dissatisfying sexual life. Enjoying romantic moments with someone else is a sign that you are enjoying no longer your sexy time with your partner.

What to do?

It would help you a lot to talk this matter with your partner. Tell him/her what you feel. Don’t hesitate to tell if you feel depressed on your set-up. This way, you can work together to achieve a more satisfying sex life.
